Best Western Plus Chesapeake Bay-Norfolk

Luxurious hotel, staff were pleasant and the location was quiet right on the beach. The room was functional with two twin beds, I liked it.

The staff was particularly helpful, showed us a clean pool onsite. The breakfast was included and consisted of muffins, eggs, pastries, fruit and breads.

Clean and quiet hotel with lovely location right along the beach, just what I needed. Booked a room with nice views of the bay.

Fairly clean, pet-friendly hotel, I liked well-kept rooms and affable staff. Early check-in was a bonus.

Good value, cultural area. Immensely pleasant personnel, high quality food and drinks. Very central position of the venue. Also, main attraction such as sarah constant beach park was 2 miles from this hotel. I loved stunning restaurant.

Clean hotel, I loved nice staff and cleanliness. The views from my separate bedroom were magnificent. A microwave oven, a seating area and a couch bed were a very nice touch.

Centrally located and reasonably priced hotel, panoramic rooms. Our room had an amazing bed and a magic view. The staff - so efficient and were happy to help with the requests.

Air-conditioned place to stay while in Norfolk. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was very fancy, cool enough. The service was attentive, I had 3 pleasant nights here.

Historic location, tidy, exceptionally comfortable bed, charming staff. It had average lobby restaurant. And it also had perfect view.

The breakfast was good enough, the staff was pretty good, free wi-fi. I had an original room, liked the comfy bed. A perfect beach, really pretty view. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Could use their ample parking. You guys made my stay very nice.

We loved the hotel and Norfolk, had 2 special days there. Our room included climate control, Wi-Fi and terrace. Enjoyable breakfast, flawless service. We had access to paid parking, amazing pool. Also with its fast wifi we could post videos etc...

The hotel was centrally located, and we liked having a well heated room. The staff was extremely friendly and made it an incredible stay.

Basic hotel, great value. Top-notch rooms, truly helpful staff, generous breakfast. Location was CUTE, near where we needed to be. Besides, it was just off the sea front as well as the bay. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, terrace and hairdryer.

A pleasant enough stay. The hotel was in a so convenient location, I loved so beautiful room and fairly nice staff. Breakfast was warm, plenty of dishes to choose from. Pretty big suite and comfortable enough bed.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. We loved this hotel and its terrific staff and location. The bedrooms were separate.

If we return to Norfolk we would stay there again. All in all, we spend our time very nicely. The room had its own balcony. Our kudos go to manager for the hospitality!

location: the hotel was steps away from the beach. besides, ocean view golf course is 10 minutes' drive away. they serve continental breakfast.

Ocean view, friendly staff. Breakfast is hot, one of the best things. Large room with a kitchenette. We really enjoyed our time here🙂

Rooms and hotel are very clean. This property is located just a short distance from the beach. Within a walking distance of Oceanview Diner, where you can have lunch. It had amazing swimming pool too.
